Rituals Workshop

The presentation will look at how Rituals started, where it is today and how it got there. It will also focus on company DNA, how we maintain this DNA given the rapid and expansive growth of the company. We will also explain intern/ trainee/ starter positions and our recruitment process. Regarding the case, we will look at one of the changes that Rituals is focusing on (culture, sustainability challenges) and formulate a case around that for the students to give their input and perspective on.
