You will participate in projects aimed at transforming the banking business, which will have a direct impact on our clients’ risk operations and prepare them for emerging business, regulatory, risk management, and data modeling trends. You will take a proactive approach in identifying and suggesting enhancements to credit risk processes, models, organization, and content.

Digital risk & compliance

You will be part of the Risk & Compliance (R&C) team with a focus on the Credit risk area. The team is a highly skilled and motivated team. The R&C team is a global group of Risk and Compliance experts providing Strategy & Consulting services to financial services institutions.

• Master’s Degree, with Finance, Risk and/or Compliance affinity (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration)
• 1-4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of credit risk, banking regulations, financial products and services
• Affinity with risk, analytics, data, and technology
• Understanding of Financial Risk Management and Risk Modelling Concepts
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a pre)
• Motivated self-starter with a hands-on attitude
• Strong communication & problem solving skills.

• Prior credit risk experience
• CFA / FRM;
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is preferred.
