In this case, we simulate a company made up of different departments, each with its own role and responsibilities. Together, the teams work toward a common goal: delivering a product on time. The main challenge lies in communication. Each department holds crucial information, but misunderstandings and a lack of coordination create noise in the process. This highlights how strongly departments depend on one another and how essential collaboration is to success. The task is to find ways to overcome these barriers, work together effectively, and formulate a joint solution that ensures the timely and successful delivery of the product.
