Bdairy Workshop

Introduction to Bdairy: we start with a short introduction to our company and how international dairy trading works. You’ll learn how a deal comes together, from buying at the supplier to delivering to the customer, and what a trader’s day actually looks like.
The trading game: in teams, you’ll trade dairy products in a simulated market. Prices move, market news comes in and other teams make their own moves, so you’ll need to stay sharp and act fast.
Real trading decisions: your team decides when to buy, when to sell and how much risk to take. Will you play it safe or go for the bigger win? Every choice affects your result.
Debrief: after the game we look back together. Which strategies paid off, where did things go wrong and how does this compare to the way our traders manage risk in real life?
Meet the team: we close with time to get to know our colleagues and ask everything you want to know about working at Bdairy and our starter roles.
