Starting your career doesn’t mean you need to have everything figured out already. That’s exactly what our Young Professional Program is for. During nine months, you’ll explore the world of IT consultancy while developing your skills through training, coaching and real client projects.
You’ll discover where your strengths and interests lie, build your IT and consultancy skills and learn directly from experienced colleagues. At the same time, you’ll gain hands-on experience and become part of the delaware community. By the end of the program, you’ll have built a strong foundation to continue your career in the direction that fits you best.
