With more than 500 professionals from over 60 nationalities, STX combines a commercial, entrepreneurial culture with a clear purpose: profit that contributes to a greener world. Starters can join through internships, starter roles or the Traineeship, a rotational programme of about one year. Trainees work in four teams, starting in operations and then moving through three front-office rotations, guided by mentors along the way.
