In the Netherlands, Goldman Sachs is present in both Amsterdam and The Hague, where teams work on investment banking, asset management and the functions that keep the firm running.

Goldman Sachs is known for its apprenticeship culture: starters learn by doing, with early exposure to senior leaders, clients and real business challenges. Students can join through the Summer Analyst Programme, an internship of eight to ten weeks, or start full-time through the New Analyst Programme. Both begin with an orientation and training, followed by real responsibilities alongside experienced professionals.
