WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for engaging and diverse students that are willing to join our team for a 6-month internship starting February 1st at our Nike and Converse European Headquarters. Our ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, show willingness to learn and is not afraid of challenges. Our internships allow students to be fully immersed in meaningful work that impacts the future of the business. To be successful in the role our interns must be self-starters who are willing to drive innovation to win as a team.

Our team ensures that all our customers can buy and wear their favorite sneakers and apparel, across Europe, by providing an exciting and engaging online shopping experience.

As the Converse Digital Direct CRM & Membership intern you will be working as part of the Converse Digital CRM team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

▪ The email marketing program, supporting with a data driven approach, always having our

consumer in mind.

  • ▪  Data and analytics and giving contribution on the creative part.
  • ▪  Connect and align with different teams and department to create the best experiences

    possible for our customers. Communication is key.

  • ▪  Analyze data and to get actionable insights from it, having the customer behavior as the

    starting point of everything you do

  • ▪  Multiple campaigns at the same time, you need to be very organized, able to plan and to

    manage deadline with internal and external stakeholders.

  • ▪  Creating a compelling value proposition for Converse members to deliver relevant benefits

    to sign-up and continue engaged with us.

WHAT YOU BRING

Converse seeks a bright, motivated individuals with strong self-starting and multi-tasking abilities for an internship opportunity within its Digital Direct department.

  • ▪  Student within Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Fashion retail or related fields
  • ▪  Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ▪  Strong analytical skills and creative personality
  • ▪  Confident and ready to learn autonomously with ability to self-supervise and be proactive
  • ▪  Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Online Retail, Digital

    Marketing or Customer Relationship Management are good to haves.

  • ▪  You have a passion for sport and fashion, and you can drive and spread a consumer-centric

mindset in the team.

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

▪ Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/higher education institution – supporting documents are required)

▪ Be available for a 6-month fulltime internship starting February 1st, 2023
